Rules And Regulations
1) Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.
2) Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
3) The return of Cancelled Air/Train Ticket is subjected to the airlines/Railway' author-ity.
4) We are fully dependent on Railway Authority for berth allocation, Food quality & Services.
5) The Coach Seat will be arranged rotation wise.
6) Please entrain & detrain of your belongings at Howrah / Sealdah / Santragachi / Kolkata / Shalimar Station.
7) The calculating Cancellation charges shall be considered from the time when advance or final receipt is received by the Office.
8) No refund in tour price will be allowed for the Untraveled Portion of the tour either of Sickness or any other reasons.
9) No amount deposited will be refunded in full should the tour be canceled by the Company except in the case of cancellation of the tour owing to natural calamities/ Strike/ Bandh or any other undesirable and abnormal situation. When the passenger has to pay compensation to the company @ 20% of the tour price.
10) No claim for any refund will be entertained when the passenger doesn't arrive at the station before departure of the train for which reservation has been made. In such cases, passengers may join next to the subsequent station at their own cost.
11) No claim will be entertained if any amount found lying deposited with the company after 6 months from the date of commencement of the tour.
12) The company reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.
13) As per Govt. Rules, passengers traveling with us are requested to carry ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTITY CARD with him/her (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card/ Adhar card)
14) The Firm accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
15) Submission of Advance Receipt is Mandatory at the Time of Final Payment.
16) Minimum 6 to 10 Passengers are required for fixed departure Tour. Otherwise Tour date may be deferred.
Domestic Tour Rules and Regulations:
Accommodation: Family wise Accommodation will be provided on twin sharing & triple sharing basis.
Triple sharing in D/Bed Room per head cost: 8% Less.
Child 5 yrs. to below 12 yrs. Per head cost: 18% Less.
Child 3 yrs. To below 5 yrs. Per head cost: 40% Less.
Below 3 yrs. Without coach seat per head cost: 350/-.
Booking procedure: Reservation is Rs.5000/- per head for Sleeper Class in the train, Rs.7000/- for AC Class in the train shall have to be deposited at the time of advance and Final payment will have to be made 30 days before the date of the journey at Kolkata office by Cash /Cheque /Draft /NEFT /Online.
Tour Price Includes: Transfer & Sight Seeing by Deluxe Coach. and Accommodation in Hotels. All Food (Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner (As per Food Chart), Train Food, Mineral Water per day/per head during Journey period in the lunch time. Sightseeing as per mentioned in the respective tour itinerary.
Tour Price Excludes: All Entry Fees / Guide / All rides / Safari / Pony / Palki / Helicopter / UP/DN Train Fare/Air Fare & Morning Bed Tea in Train. Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Luggage: Each passenger is allowed to carry 15kg luggage. Cost of the extra luggage will be borne by the passenger. Porter charges during Amarnath tour will not be borne by the Company.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Detailed Rules & regulations are mentioned overleaf Advance / Final Receipts. In case of cancellation after Seat Reservation refund of the amount shall be made subject to following cancellation charges on total Bill.

No Refund is allowed if cancellation is made within Seventy-Two hours before onward journey.
No cancellation is accepted over the Telephone. For cancellation of booking please produce your Advance and final Receipt at our office or have to inform with your given registered E-mail ID.
