*   Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Govt. Regulation, ticket, taxes, etc., changed by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers; Company will not be held responsible for the same.

*   The Booking amount will be 50% of the Tour Price.

*   Any increase in Air Fare will result in an increase in tour cost.

* Cancellation will be charged on Total Bill subject to the following conditions:

*   90 days before - 10%

*   60 days before - 40%

*   30 days before - 50%

*   10 days before - 75%

*   LESS THAN 10 DAYS - NO REFUND.

* Standard Check-in Time of Hotels is 14.00 hrs & Check-out Time is 12.00 hrs. However, some Hotels might be exceptional.

* Child's Age - 2 yrs. to 11 Yrs Above 11 yrs. are considered as an Adult.

Granting/Refusal at the Visas are of the Sole Discretion of the Concerned/Consulate/Embassy /Immigration Authorities.

* Visa processing can take more than the stipulated time and it is entirely on the embassy and we have no control over it. Hence the flight deviation charges have to be borne by the Guest.

* In Case of Re-application of Visas, the charge is to be borne by the Guest.

* No refund either in Part or full will be made for any unused services in the Package.

* We are not responsible for any excess baggage charges by any airline.

* Package cost is subject to change due to the ROE.

* Any Inflation in Foreign Currency may reflect the tour cost.

* GST will be charged extra on Total Bill applicable as per GST Rule.
